General Terms and Conditions
Online Orders
1. Validity
KRAMSKI only sells under these terms and conditions of business, which you accept when you place your order. Other conditions only apply if confirmed by us in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
Our offer is without obligation and is available to private households only [consumers]. By placing your order, you confirm that you will not use the goods in connection with commercial activity. Our offers are without obligation, i.e. your order only becomes binding when you pay, or receive our order confirmation and invoice. KRAMSKI reserves the right to make changes to the products through technical and qualitative improvements and to correct mistakes such as printing errors. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. UN sales law is expressly precluded. Place of jurisdiction is Pforzheim. The legal place of jurisdiction applies for business with consumers.
3. Prices, payment, and delivery
Our prices are sales prices including VAT/sales tax ex stock. The costs for postage, freight, and shipping are charged separately. Articles may be subject to price changes and prior sale. KRAMSKI does not deliver on unpaid invoices. Goods will not be released and delivered until we have received full payment to the value of the goods or on confirmation of the receipt of the money. There are two methods of payment: Prepayment by bank transfer following placement of an order, or transfer following the receipt by post of the order confirmation and invoice. We also reserve the right to request a method of payment other than those stated above. Once payment has been received, and providing the goods are available, we will ensure delivery within Germany within 14 days.
4. Returns
If you do not wish to keep the goods you order, you can return them to KRAMSKI within 14 days from the date of delivery note. We only accept return deliveries for which postage has been paid. Please understand that we can only accept returns that show no signs of use, and are sent to KRAMSKI in the original packaging.

KRAMSKI must be informed in writing of any complaints or obvious faults within 8 days from receipt of goods.
We should be informed of hidden faults as soon as they are discovered. KRAMSKI grants the legally stipulated guarantee period of two years for all products with regard to the faultlessness of material and processing, but not for wear and tear or careless use.
If a complaint is justified, KRAMSKI can choose to repair or replace the article. We can only recognize claims for damages in the case of criminal intent, gross negligence, culpable violation, or the non-observance of an express promise.
With the exception of willful, culpable violation, our liability is restricted to predictable, typical damage. The legal regulations on warranty also apply.
6. Legal validity
Should individual provisions in these General Terms and Conditions become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions or that of the legal transaction as a whole.
